Disclosed are a method and system for searching a cross-regional power supply range based on a CIM model, the method comprising: creating a hash function according to the size of a power grid of the power supply voltage; mapping identification numbers of all devices in the power grid to a discrete hash table according to the hash function, using a chain address to resolve a conflict, and using the discrete hash table to form a hash topological graph of the power grid; and using the hash topological graph to search the power supply range of a specific device. The method and system can quickly locate devices within a power supply range by establishing a discrete hash table for all device resources, thus greatly reducing the amount of computation and improving the efficiency of searching within the power supply range.
