An assistant docking method and system for a vessel. The docking method uses a solar blind ultraviolet imaging method, and comprises: using at least two solar blind ultraviolet imaging modules to calculate, according to a light signal received from a solar blind ultraviolet light source array arranged in advance at a shore, the position and the attitude of the vessel relative to a shoreline of a berth of a port during a docking process. Further, when more than three solar blind ultraviolet light imaging modules are used, the precision of position and attitude data of the vessel is improved by using a normalized autocorrelation algorithm and a data fusion algorithm. By using the assistant docking method and system for a vessel, the problem in the prior art that the vessel has berthing difficulty in foggy weather and the problem in the prior art that pilotage and berthing devices for the vessel are greatly affected by weather, environment and the like can be remarkably solved.

An assistant docking method and system for a vessel. The method is characterized by comprising: determining information of the position of a vessel relative to a berth by using a solar blind ultraviolet imaging method; determining, by means of a GPS method, an attitude angle of the vessel relative to the berth by using at least two GPS receivers (112, 113), which can effectively allow a vessel to safely dock when the vessel is close to a shore in a case in which the visibility is very low; and further, integrating, by using a normalized autocorrelation algorithm and a data fusion algorithm, coordinate data and angle data received by a solar blind ultraviolet imaging module (103) and GPS signal receiving modules (112, 113), so as to improve the positioning precision. The assistant docking method and system for a vessel can remarkably solve the problem in the prior art that the vessel has berthing difficulty in foggy weather and the problem in the prior art that pilotage and berthing devices for the vessel are greatly affected by weather, environment and the like.

A comprehensive security response system and device for a multi-unit nuclear power base. The system comprises: a main server (11) and alarm sub-systems (12) of at least two units. The alarm sub-system (12) of the unit is used for generating an alarm signal and sending information about a position at which the alarm signal is generated to the main server (11), and is used for receiving an alarm linkage triggering instruction that is sent by the main server (11) according to the information about the position at which the alarm signal is generated and executing a corresponding linkage action according to the alarm linkage triggering instruction. The main server (11) is used for receiving the information about the position at which the alarm signal is generated and sending a corresponding alarm linkage triggering instruction. The main server (11) is further used for storing personnel information of the at least two units, so that personnel of the at least two units can be counted during evacuation. The security of a multi-unit nuclear power plant can be improved.

The present invention is applied to the field of nuclear power security, and provided are a security control method and device for a million-kilowatt-class nuclear power plant. The method comprises: judging whether staff are permitted to enter a designated nuclear power plant area according to permission information corresponding to identification information about the staff which is set in the nuclear power plant area, an operating mode corresponding to a time point at which the staff request to enter the nuclear power plant area and a correlation of the admissible number of staff corresponding to the operating mode; and when an emergency counting instruction is received, sending indication information that the counting instruction is successfully received, and after an acknowledgement instruction of counting request information is received, adding one to a statistical count, and according to information about the counted number of staff and information about the number of staff at an assembly point, determining the number of missing staff. In the present invention, different modes can be used to control the number of staff in a nuclear power plant area, and count the number of staff in the nuclear power plant area accurately and efficiently, thereby being beneficial to ensure the security of staff.

Provided are a method for preparing a bacterial polysaccharide-modified recombinant fusion protein and a use thereof. The method comprises: the recombinant fusion protein and the neisseria meningitidis O-oligosaccharyltransferase PgIL are co-expressed in a bacteria defective in O-antigen ligase genes, and the polysaccharides which are endogenous or exogenous for the bacteria itself are connected to the recombinant fusion protein by the O-oligosaccharyltransferase PgIL, and the polysaccharide-modified recombinant fusion protein is thus obtained. The protein can be used for preparing antibodies and vaccines against bacterial polysaccharides.

A cross-base alarm linkage method and device for a nuclear power plant. The method comprises: monitoring alarm linkage systems of a plurality of bases in real time (S101); judging whether the alarm linkage system of each of the bases operates normally (S102); if so, the alarm linkage system of the current base achieving security and protection monitoring (S103); if not, an emergency command centre system judging the alarm level of an emergency alarm signal sent by the alarm linkage system of the current base (S104); according to the alarm level, starting corresponding permission management (S105); according to the emergency alarm signal, invoking and executing a plan (S106); when an illegal attack occurs, generating an alarm signal (S401); the command centre extracting site alarm position information from the integrated alarm signal, then invoking an image collection device group to collect a site image, and automatically popping up the site image on a monitor so as to understand the authenticity and seriousness of an unexpected event in time (S405); giving audible and visual alarms simultaneously (S406); and recording the image of an alarm region which is automatically popped up while the alarms are given (S407).

Disclosed in the present invention is a streaming media playing method. The method includes: acquiring a first request for a player to play streaming media; acquiring an m3u8 file corresponding to the streaming media obtained from a streaming media server according to the first request, wherein the m3u8 file includes the URL information of a media file; parsing the m3u8 file and subjecting the parsed m3u8 file to optimizing processing; transmitting the m3u8 file subjected to optimizing processing to the player; acquiring from the player a second request regarding a media file; acquiring the corresponding media file from the streaming media sever according to the second request; transmitting the corresponding media file to the player. The present invention has the advantages that the problem that the player is not supportive to floating point time length can be solved by means of optimizing processing; the problems of unsmooth picture playing and time progress error of the player are solved by means of optimizing the m3u8 file/media file (for instance: TS fragments); playing smoothness can be improved by the selection of more proper addresses according to the CDN scheduling policy.
