CONSTITUTION: A wheel shaft(13) supports a flywheel(15). A superconductive bearing(17) is assembled with the wheel shaft. An electric generator(23) inputs and outputs energy of the flywheel. A braking unit(33) stops the flywheel by generating an eddy current in the wheel shaft which supports the flywheel. The wheel shaft, the flywheel, and the superconductive bearing are installed in a vacuum chamber(11).
