In at least one partial section of the non-discharge section, the inclined part of the rotation tab touches the bottom of the body cover or the inclined part is separated from the body cover. According to the present invention, since the cleanliness and hygiene of the product are improved, the emotional dissatisfaction of users is solved, and therefore, the reliability of the product is improved.
