The present invention relates to a complex composition having enhanced efficacy and safety for treating or alleviating dysmenorrhea. More particularly, the present invention relates to a complex composition for treating or alleviating dysmenorrhea, wherein the composition uses aceclofenac or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a main ingredient, and is additionally combined with scopolamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof such that a dose of aceclofenac or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is reduced in order to exhibit, in a small dose, efficacy for pain which is equal to or better than the efficacy provided by a dose of a typical prescription drug with minimal side effects.

The present invention relates to a super absorbent resin and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a super absorbent resin, which comprises a double cross-linkage structure derived from alkylene glycol polyhydric (meth)acrylate and modified nano-clay and thus exhibits improved physical properties, and to a method for preparing the same. According to the preparation method of the present invention, the modified nano-clay and the alkylene glycol polyhydric (meth)acrylate are used as internal cross-linking agents in the process of preparing the super absorbent resin, and thus can contribute to the improvements in the cross-linking degree and physical properties of the super absorbent resin.

The present invention relates to a novel methanone derivative, a preparation method for same, and a pharmaceutical composition, for preventing or treating retinal diseases, containing same as an active ingredient. The present invention relates to a super-absorbent polymer having excellent properties, both centrifugal retention capacity (CRC) and absorption under pressure (AUP) having been improved by introducing a surface crosslinked layer crosslinked by surface-modified inorganic particles, and to a method for preparing the same. The super-absorbent polymer comprises: a base resin powder containing a crosslinked polymer of water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomers having an at least partially neutralized acidic group; and a surface crosslinked layer formed on the base resin powder, wherein inorganic particles may be chemically bound to the crosslinked polymer contained in the surface crosslinked layer, via an oxygen-containing bond or a nitrogen-containing bond.

The present invention relates to a novel indene derivative, a preparation method for same, and a pharmaceutical composition, for preventing or treating retinal diseases, containing same as an active ingredient. A novel indene derivative, an optical isomer of same, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts of same, according to the present invention, has excellent inhibitory efficiency of receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (RIPK1). Therefore, a composition containing same as an active ingredient can be utilized as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating retinal diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa (RP), Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA), Stargardts disease, Usher syndrome, choroideremia, rod-cone or cone-rod dystrophy, ciliopathy, mitochondrial disorders, progressive retinal atrophy, degenerative retinal diseases, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), wet AMD, dry AMD, geographical atrophy, inherited or acquired macular degeneration, retinal photoreceptor diseases, retinal pigment epithelial diseases, diabetic retinopathy, cystic macular edema, uveitis, retinal detachment, traumatic retinal injury, iatrogenic retinal injury, macular holes, macular capillarectasia, ganglion cell diseases, optic nerve diseases, glaucoma, optic neuropathy, ischemic retinal diseases, retinopathy of prematurity, occlusion of retinal vessels, inherited macroaneurysm, retinal vascular diseases, ophthalmic vascular diseases, glaucomatous retinal neurodegeneration, ischemic optic neuropathy and the like.

The present invention relates to a super absorbent resin and a method for preparing the same, wherein the super absorbent resin has more enhanced gel strength and exhibits excellent physical properties, such as the improvement in both centrifuge retention capacity (CRC) and absorbency under pressure (AUP), due to the optimized cross-linkage structure of a base resin powder inside a surface cross-linkage layer. The super absorbent resin comprises: a base resin powder containing a first cross-linked polymer of a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer having an at least partially neutralized acidic group; and a surface cross-linkage layer containing a second cross-linked polymer obtained by further cross-linking the first cross-linked polymer and formed on the base resin powder, wherein in the first cross-linked polymer, inorganic particles may be chemically linked to each other via a cross-linkage, an oxygen-containing linkage (-O-), or a nitrogen-containing linkage (-NR-; R is hydrogen or a C1-C3 alkyl group or an amide linkage).
