The method comprises: calculating the material mass thickness of an overlapped region of two materials using a calibrated curve surface fitting method; then decomposing a pair of pieces of original high and low energy data of a pixel into two sets of high and low energy data corresponding to the two materials; and finally, conducting a calculation to obtain decomposition results of different materials of each pixel. The method has the unique advantage that the problem of misrecognition of materials caused by forward and backward overlapping of the two materials can be eliminated, and the hierarchical imaging of various materials can be realized, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of substance recognition, reducing the false alarm rate and missing report rate, and having a very important significance on the application of same in fields such as safety inspection and customs anti-smuggling.

The method comprises the following steps: respectively connecting multiple DNA components into cloning vectors and transforming them to screening strains to screen out clones connected to DNA components; respectively numbering the clones and culturing corresponding clone bacterial liquids; selecting and mixing clone bacterial liquids having the same number and extracting plasmids; connecting sequencing tags to construct multiple mixed sequencing libraries, different mixed sequencing libraries having different sequencing tags; performing high-throughput sample mixed sequencing to obtain a sequence of the DNA components; and comparing the sequence with a reference sequence to obtain a target DNA component having a set correct ratio in a DNA synthesis product. According to the method of the present invention, a high-throughput sequencing technology is applied to detection of a DNA chip synthesis product through a mixed library construction strategy, so that costs of product detection and correct product screening are reduced.
