Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ophthalmoskop (1) mit einer Laservorrichtung (2) zur Laserbestrahlung eines Auges (4), insbesondere zum Durchführen einer Photokoagulation auf einem Hintergrund (16) des Auges (4), umfassend eine Beleuchtungseinheit (5) zum Beleuchten des Auges (4) sowie eine Kamera (6) zum Erfassen eines Bildes (19') des Auges, wobei die Beleuchtungseinheit (5) eingerichtet ist zum Erzeugen von sichtbarem und infrarotem Licht, wobei das Ophthalmoskop (1) ferner eine Steuereinheit (8) umfasst, welche dazu eingerichtet ist die Beleuchtungseinheit (5) zum Erzeugen eines Lichtimpulses von sichtbarem Licht anzusteuern und ein während des Lichtimpulses von der Kamera (6) erfasstes Kontrollbild (18) des Auges (4) aus der Kamera (6) auszulesen. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Erfassen eines Bildes (20) eines Auges (4) sowie ein Verfahren zur Durchführung einer Laserbehandlung eines Auges (4).

The present disclosure relates to ophthalmic systems, devices and related methods. An ophthalmic systems may comprise an illumination device for illuminating an eye through a gonioscopic lens, wherein the illumination device includes at least one light source to generate illumination beams that propagate through the gonioscopic lens and illuminate tissue of the eye, a camera for acquiring an image of the eye through the gonioscopic lens, the camera including an image sensor configured to receive observation beams propagating from tissue of the eye through the gonioscopic lens. An image processing module may be configured to receive the image acquired by the camera and identify at least one characteristic feature of an anterior chamber angle of the eye within at least one subregion of the image. A display device may be configured to at least partly display the at least one subregion of the image to a user.

An ophthalmoscope for observing an eye comprises a converging first lens system for generating a real intermediate image of a region in the eye in an intermediate image plane as well as an observation apparatus having an imaging optics for imaging the real intermediate image in an imaging plane in the observation apparatus and for imaging an aperture of the observation apparatus in a pupil of the eye. Between the first lens system and the imaging optics of the observation apparatus, a diverging second lens system is provided for enlarging a working distance between the first lens system and the pupil and for enlarging a field angle.
