The present invention determines the validity of reading information at the current point in time using reading information at a previous point in time. The present invention generates a factor matrix for a new building on the basis of energy efficiency or amount of energy consumption which is calculated in an unoccupied state, and can determine the validity of reading information of each household with reference to the factor matrix. Accordingly, proposed is a system for detecting an abnormal use of a meter reading device of an apartment house, which precisely determines the validity of reading information whether it is a new or old building. To this end, the present invention may comprise: a point-of-time comparison unit for comparing current reading information of an apartment house with previous reading information of the apartment house to determine the validity of the current reading information according to whether the current reading information falls within a preset similar range; and a factor matrix determination unit for, if the apartment house is a new building, partitioning the apartment house into a plurality of sections, and determining the validity of the current reading information by applying a factor matrix which is calculated with respect to the energy efficiency of each section in an unoccupied state.

The present invention relates to a device for controlling the current of a vehicle lamp. The device for controlling the current of a vehicle lamp according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first sensing resistor; a first current control circuit which is connected to the first sensing resistor, and provides a reference current corresponding to a first sensing voltage applied to both ends of the first sensing resistor when a reference voltage is applied; and a second current control circuit which is connected to an output end of the lamp, and forms a current path for the lamp when a second sensing voltage corresponding to the reference current is applied.

The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for converging a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data rate beyond a 4G system with an IoT technology, and a system therefor. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services on the basis of a 5G communication technology and an IoT-related technology (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail, security and safety-related service, and the like). The present invention provides a method for enhancing data security, comprising: when a request message including information related to a first privacy level is received from a user device, authenticating the user device; when the user device is an authenticated device as a result of the authentication, verifying the information related to the first privacy level; and when the verification of the information related to the first privacy level is completed, transmitting, to the user device, an image processed on the basis of the first privacy level among images processed on the basis of a plurality of privacy levels.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting diode and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting diode, which can improve light extraction efficiency of an organic light-emitting diode and can also remarkably reduce a manufacturing process, manufacturing costs, and manufacturing time. To this end, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting diode, the method comprising: an ion injection step of injecting, into the inside of the base material, an ion from one side of a base material arranged on a transparent electrode of an organic light-emitting diode, so as to form an ion injection layer inside the base material; and a heat treatment step of forming, inside the base material, a pore layer having a plurality of pores having a different refractive index from that of the base material, through the application of thermal energy to the ion injection layer, wherein the plurality of pores are induced through the gasification of the ion.

Provided is a photocatalyst functional film comprising: a laminated structure of a substrate layer, a barrier layer and a photocatalyst layer, wherein the barrier layer is a SiO2 film and the photocatalyst layer is an amorphous TiO2 film; and visible light active photocatalyst particles formed on the surface of the amorphous TiO2 film. In addition, provided is a method for manufacturing a photocatalyst functional film comprising the steps of: obtaining an SiO2 sol by means of dehydrating and dealcoholizing reactions by adding an alcohol solvent and an acid to a silicate precursor; forming a barrier layer by applying and drying the SiO2 sol on a substrate; obtaining a TiO2 amorphous sol by means of dehydrating and dealcoholizing reactions by adding an alcohol solvent and an acid to a titanium precursor; and forming a photocatalyst layer by applying and drying, on the barrier layer, a composition formed by mixing visible light active photocatalyst particles with the TiO2 amorphous sol.
