A pipe mapping probe device for identifying a pipe path position, of the present invention, comprises a first pig having: a sensor unit, which has three acceleration sensors and three gyro-sensors, provided inside of an internal body unit of a first pig; a control board unit, which has a control unit, formed on one side of the sensor unit, the control unit controlling acceleration information, of a three-dimensional angular axis, generated from the three acceleration sensors to be generated and stored in a memory unit, angular speed information, of a three-dimensional angular axis, generated from the three gyro-sensors to be generated and stored in the memory unit, and moving distance information received from an encoder of a second pig to be received and stored in the memory unit; and an outer body unit, which has a battery unit, for supplying power to the acceleration sensors, the gyro-sensors, and the control board unit, provided on one side of the control board unit, and encompasses the internal body unit, and the pipe mapping probe device comprises: a cable connected so as to supply power from the battery unit to the acceleration sensors, the gyro-sensors, the control board unit, and the encoder, and to receive information generated from the acceleration sensors, the gyro-sensors, and the encoder; an elastic member having a plurality of springs for connecting the first pig and the second pig; and the second pig having a reel unit coupled to the elastic member and in which a steel wire is wound and unwound inside the internal body unit, and having the encoder for calculating a moving distance of the mapping probe device within a pipe on the basis of an unwound length of the steel wire in the reel unit and for transmitting the calculated result to a control board. The pipe mapping probe device of the present invention is configured such that: a steel wire is fixed to a launcher at the origin point of a pipe, and the pipe mapping probe device moves within the pipe when water pressure is applied to the pipe after the pipe mapping probe device is inserted into the pipe; and while moving, acceleration information of a three-dimensional angular axis, angular speed information of the three-dimensional angular axis, and moving distance information of the pipe mapping probe device are stored in the memory unit itself.

A method for tracking a path position of a pipe by using a mapping probe device of the present invention comprises the steps of: inserting a mapping probe device into a water supply and drainage pipe and moving the same; receiving, by a control unit provided in the mapping probe device, acceleration information and angular speed information in real time from an acceleration sensor and a gyro-sensor while using a pipe by having, as an initial value, origin point coordinates (considering a starting point of a pipe an origin point) such that the acceleration information and the angular speed information are stored in a memory unit; calculating, by the control unit, Euler angles (roll, pitch) by using the acceleration information and gravity acceleration information; calculating, by the control unit, Euler angles (roll, pitch, yaw) by using the angular speed information; calculating, by the control unit, system modeling by using Euler angle information and a Kalman filter; applying, by the control unit, covariance of system noise and covariance of measurement noise so as to determine the ratio of system noise and measurement value noise in the system modeling; calculating, by the control unit, three-dimensional position information modeling by using the system model, the system noise covariance, and the measurement noise covariance; receiving, by the control unit, moving distance information of the mapping probe device from an encoder provided in the mapping probe device such that the moving distance information is stored in the memory unit; calculating, by the control unit, three-dimensional position information of the mapping probe device in real time by using the three-dimensional position information model and the real-time moving distance information of the mapping device, such that the three-dimensional position information is stored in the memory unit; receiving, by a server, the real-time three-dimensional position information, of the mapping probe device, stored in the memory unit; mapping, by the server in which geographic information is stored, the geographic information to the accumulated real-time three-dimensional position information of the mapping probe device; and displaying, through a display unit of the server, the accumulated position information of the mapping probe device mapped to the geographic information.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin, a thermoplastic resin, a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin composition containing the thermoplastic resin, and a thermoplastic resin composition, wherein the method for preparing a thermoplastic resin comprises the steps of: i) preparing a graft copolymer latex by graft-polymerizing, onto a) a conjugated diene rubber, b) at least one selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl compounds, vinyl cyan compounds, and acrylate-based compounds; and ii) introducing a polymeric antibiotic having a primary, secondary, tertiary, or quaternary amine group to the graft copolymer latex, followed by coagulation. According to the present invention, the graft copolymer latex is prepared, and then coagulated using a specific antibiotic, thereby providing a thermoplastic resin having excellent antibiotic activity and melt-kneadability and a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin to produce a thermoplastic resin composition containing the thermoplastic resin.

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for preparing a conjugated diene. The present invention provides a method for preparing a conjugated diene and a preparing apparatus used therefor, wherein steam can be utilized that is converted from the lower discharge water, which is discharged after a generation gas containing butadiene is cooled, through byproduct removal and steam extraction without being directly subjected to wastewater disposal; and the existing burden of facilities for biological wastewater due to an excessive content of byproducts can be solved.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting the growth of cancer stem cells, containing an aldehyde inhibitor and a biguanide-based compound. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention uses an aldehyde inhibitor together with a biguanide-based compound so as to effectively inhibit the growth of cancer stem cells, such as neurospheres, and inhibits the proliferation, infiltration, and metastasis of cancer cells, thereby enabling the prevention and/or treatment of cancer such as brain cancer.
