The method comprises: receiving navigation message data of a plurality of satellites, performing bit synchronisation on the navigation message data, and storing the bit-synchronised navigation message data; performing frame synchronisation on the navigation message data, and after finishing frame synchronisation, acquiring a TOW and sub-frame number of a current sub-frame; determining a sub-frame number of a previous sub-frame according to the current sub-frame number, if the sub-frame number of the previous sub-frame is 1, 2 or 3, reversely searching navigation message data of the previous sub-frame to obtain partial ephemeris data, and storing same into an ephemeris storage area; continuously receiving the navigation message data, storing ephemeris data in the navigation message data into the ephemeris storage area, after obtaining complete ephemeris data of a first sub-frame, a second sub-frame and a third sub-frame, decoding the ephemeris data, and acquiring all ephemeris parameters; and after acquiring ephemeris parameters of a pre-set number of satellites, starting to perform positioning. The method achieves quick cold start of a navigation satellite signal receiver.

The device reduces towing resistance and self-propulsion resistance of the drilling platform, reduces the fuel consumption and lowers the operation costs, and also can lower the heaving motion amplitude response operator of the platform and improve the heaving performance of the platform.

The method comprises: 1.1 selecting early warning indications before an electricity market transaction including: (1) declared space share; (2) price increase rate; (3) high quoted price ratio; (4) high quoted price success rate; 1.2 performing k-means method clustering according to capacity indicators capable of reflecting a market bidding position and strength and influencing market price, comprising the declared space share, the price increase rate, the high quoted price ratio, and the high quoted price success rate as determined in step 1.1, wherein an initial center is determined by an SPSS itself; 1.3 utilizing the k-means method to obtain a final category center difference and category center degree of deviation between each category, so as to establish a supply-and-demand early warning model in an electricity market.

The method comprises: breaking a nucleic acid into nucleic acid fragments; connecting a first linker sequence; producing by amplification a first product provided with the first linker sequence at either end, where a U nucleobase site is provided on primer sequences and a nicking enzyme recognition sequence is either provided or not provided on same, and a first affinity tag is provided on one of the primer sequences; using USER enzyme to cleave the first product; cyclizing the cleaved first product; treating the cyclization product with either a phosphatase or a nicking enzyme; using a solid-phase vector for combination with a cyclized molecule; performing a restrictive gap translation reaction; removing by digestion any portion that did not undergo the restrictive gap translation reaction; connecting a second linker sequence; producing by amplification a second product provided with the second linker sequence at either end; denaturing the second product, and cyclizing a single-strand nucleic acid molecule. The method allows an increase in the length of library insert fragments, a simplified library construction process, reduced library construction time, and reduced library construction costs.

The measurement method comprises: a) setting a light environment; b) placing an target and performing visual recognition of a driver on the target; c) resetting a light environment, and repeating step b); d) processing visual recognition information data obtained through experiments, and establishing a relationship between the visual recognition time and light environment parameters including a color temperature, a color rendering index, and a brightness parameter; and e) analyzing the visual effect according to the processing result of the visual recognition information data. The system comprises a simulated tunnel middle-segment subsystem, a test subsystem, and a data processing subsystem. By means of the measurement method and the system thereof, the visual effect is analyzed for a visual image of a driver for light environment settings of lighting of a road during night and a tunnel middle-segment, and adequate guidance standards are provided for reasonable and efficient setting of a color temperature, a color rendering index, and an average brightness of a lighting apparatus.
