The assembling method has the advantages of simple and rapid process, high production efficiency and low reject ratio of finished products.

The solid electrolyte aluminium electrolytic capacitor has excellent ESR performance, the solid electrolyte being a conductive polymer and a conductive carbon material, resolving the problems of reduced performance and significantly increased resistance of conductive polymers under high temperatures. Also disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the solid electrolyte aluminium electrolytic capacitor. The manufacturing method obtains a solid-state capacitor having a low ESR value and a high voltage-resistance value, simultaneously obtaining a low leakage current and good batch consistency.

The described manufacturing method results in a solid capacitor having a low ESR value and a high withstand voltage, and also results in a low leakage current.
