The present invention relates to: a Lactobacillus pentosus KF340 strain (deposit number KCCM 11675P); and a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases, Th17-mediated immune diseases, or Th2-mediated immune diseases, containing the strain as an active ingredient. The novel Lactobacillus pentosus KF340 strain according to the present invention effectively controls allergies and inflammation by inducing regulatory T cells and regulatory B cells, controlling the ratio of an immune tolerant cytokine (IL-10; anti-inflammatory cytokine) to an immune activating cytokine (IL-12), inhibiting the generation of immunoglobulin E (IgE), inhibiting the generation of Th1-related cytokines, Th17-related cytokines, and Th2-related cytokines during immune hypersensitivity reactions, and promoting gut immune reactions according to the secretion of IgA. Therefore, the strain is expected to be usable as a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases, Th17-mediated immune diseases, or Th2-mediated immune diseases and, more preferably, allergies or inflammatory diseases. The present invention relates to: a Lactobacillus pentosus KF340 strain (deposit number KCCM 11675P); and a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases, Th17-mediated immune diseases, or Th2-mediated immune diseases, containing the strain as an active ingredient. The present invention provides a cooling tank for stabilizing a battery of an electric vehicle on fire. A base plate (10) is provided to allow an electric vehicle to stand thereon. A receiving groove part (12) is formed around the edge of the base plate (10), and a bellows-shaped air insertion-type wall tube (20) is coupled and fixed within the receiving groove part (12). The bellows-shaped air insertion-type wall tube (20) is, at ordinary times, folded and received in the receiving groove part (12) at the edge of the base plate (10) and swells as air is injected into the wall tube (20), thereby forming a wall to surround an electric vehicle. Accordingly, a tank in the form of containing the electric vehicle is constructed by a waterproof structure between the base plate (10) and the wall tube (20). As water is filled inside the tank, the battery of the electric vehicle is submerged, thereby stabilizing the battery.

CONSTITUTION: The determination method of apoptotic cells by irradiation using an acridine orange dye staining method comprises the steps of: irradiating the peripheral blood cells with gamma-rays; centrifuging and culturing lymphocytes after irradiation; treating the cultured lymphocytes according to a nucleus fragment-fixing method and preparing a slide using the treated lymphocytes; dyeing the cells in the slide with acridine orange dye; and observing the dyed apoptotic cells through a microscope.

Provided in the present invention is a cooling tank to stabilize a battery of an electric vehicle in which a fire has occurred, which comprises: a waterproof plate body (10); and at least two lifting tubes (14) fixedly coupled at the front and rear sides in a lengthy shape in a left-and-right direction at the upper portion of the waterproof plate body (10). The lifting tubes (14) can be located between the front and rear wheels of an electric vehicle, such that, when air is inserted into the lifting tubes (14) for expansion, the wheels of the electric vehicle may be lifted from the ground surface. In such a state, the waterproof plate body (10) may be unfolded on the ground surface around the electric vehicle such that the electric vehicle may be located at the upper portion of the unfolded waterproof plate body (10). An edge wall body (20) can be coupled to the upper portion of the unfolded waterproof plate body (10). Here, the edge wall body (20) comprises a horizontal binding unit (22) which is bound with the waterproof plate body (10) unfolded on the ground surface after penetrating the electric vehicle because of a hole (22a) formed at the center. A vertical wall body (24) is integrally coupled at the outer edge of the horizontal binding unit (22) to be upwardly stood. A buoyancy tube (26) is coupled to the upper portion of the vertical wall body (24) such that a water tank may be disposed in a shape of containing the electric vehicle by the mutual combination of the waterproof plate body (10) and the edge wall body (20). When water is filled in the water tank, the buoyancy tube (26) can be naturally moved to the upper side corresponding to the water height (h), and the continual filling of the water may increase the height of the water tank, so as to allow the battery of the electric vehicle to be immersed, thereby stabilizing the battery. Therefore, the stabilization work of the battery can be smoothly performed.

More specifically, the water tank having a shape containing the electric vehicle is formed in combination of the waterproof plate body (10) and the air-injection type wall tube (20) by unfolding an edge portion of the waterproof plate body (10) to surround from the side to the outside of the air-injection type wall tube (20), or configured as a water tank having a shape containing the electric vehicle by seating the air-injection type tube (20) on the waterproof plate body (10) after allowing the waterproof plate body (10) to be widely spread out on the floor with respect to the electric vehicle before coupled to the air-injection type tube (20) with respect to the electric vehicle, and in the state, allowing the waterproof plate body (10) to surround from the inside to the outside of the air-injection type wall tube (20). Therefore, as water fills the tank, the battery of the electric vehicle is submerged, thereby stabilizing the battery.

In a temperature control method of a substrate support unit in a plasma processing device, the set point temperature of a substrate support unit is monitored. One of steady state control and transient state control is determined according to whether the set point temperature fluctuates. In the steady state control, a first feed forward control compensation value is determined based on a disturbance generated during the temperature control of the substrate support unit. In the transient state control, a second feedforward control compensation value is determined based on the set point temperature and the detected temperature of the substrate support unit. The steady state control is performed based on the first feed forward control compensation value. The transient state control is performed based on the second feedforward control compensation value.

A preparation method of fermented soybeans using Astragalus membranaceus is provided to remove the peculiar smell of fermented soybeans and enhance their taste. A preparation method of fermented soybeans using Astragalus membranaceus comprises the steps of: (a) cutting dried Astragalus membranaceus in 2mmx3mm, adding water to it in a weight ratio of 10~15:1, and decocting it by a medicinal herb extractor at 121~125°C for 2.5~3.5hr to make an Astragalus membranaceus extract; (b) diluting the Astragalus membranaceus extract 2~5 times with pure water; (c) putting selected/washed soybeans in the diluted Astragalus membranaceus extract in a weight ratio of 1:3~4, and soaking the soybeans at 15~20°C for 10~15hr; (d) taking out the soaked soybeans, and keeping them for 20~30min for dehydration; (e) steaming the dehydrated soybeans at 120~125°C for 1~1.5hr; (f) inoculating 1~2wt% of second subcultured Bacillus subtilis(KCCM 12148, 1.12x10^7CFU/ml) into the steamed soybeans, based on the weight of the steamed soybeans, and fermenting them at 40°C for 48hr; and (g) adding 7.9wt% of salt, 2.0wt% of red pepper powder, and 0.2wt% of garlic to the fermented soybeans, based on the weight of the fermented soybeans, and aging them at 4°C for 2days.
