SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a thermoplastic polyolefin base [e.g. a blend of a (semi-)crystalline poly-α-olefin and an amorphous poly-α- olefin], (B) a radiation polymerizable component (e.g. an unsaturated polyolefin such as ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer or polybutadiene), (C) a photoinitiator (e.g. a mixture of 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone and 1- hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone), and optionally further (D) a filler. The composition contains the components A, B, C and D preferably at ratios of 99-50 wt.%, 1-30 wt.%, 0.01-5 wt.% and 0.1-30 wt.%, respectively.

Articles made of the moldable light stable composition may have an exterior surface that is at least partially coated with acid curative paint systems without interference from the light stabilizer package.
