Disclosed in the present invention are a mimicry defense decision method and system based on a partial homomorphic encryption algorithm. The decision method comprises allocating a random number and an encryption key for a heterogeneous execution body; and outputting a ciphertext by means of an execution module, wherein a decision object is the ciphertext of an execution result that is obtained by using an appointed algorithm, and has a feedback system facilitating verification and having good confidentiality. The system comprises a policy scheduling module, an execution module, a multi-mode and policy voting module, and an isomer set; the policy scheduling module is provided with a random number generating module; the execution module is provided with a homomorphic encryption module. The method and system of the present invention can reduce replay attack or avoid a decision mode from suffering from replay attack and the like in a multi-mode/policy voting system, thereby achieving the purposes of protecting user privacy, preventing data leakage, and improving the security and stability of a whole mimicry defense system.

The present invention is applied to the technical field of network security. Disclosed are a mimic defense system based on certificate identity authentication, and a certificate issuing method. Said system comprises an underlying device, an intermediate controller and a certificate issuing center, the intermediate controller and the certificate issuing center being respectively provided with a unique certificate, a public key of each certificate being stored in the certificate, and a corresponding private key being stored privately by each device and being not disclosed to the outside. In said method, a device sends a certificate request file to an intermediate controller; after verifying the identity, the intermediate controller applies for a certificate to a certificate issuing center; after issuing the certificate, the certificate issuing center sends the certificate to an underlying device by means of the intermediate controller; and the underlying device installs the certificate. The intermediate controller using a mimic structure in the present invention can effectively defense attacks from attackers, and during the work of a determination module, if output results of heterogeneous executors are inconsistent, the determination module can also determine in time whether the heterogeneous executors are attacked, and maintain and repair the system in time.
