Said process consists of several stages, wherein an initial polyethylene terephthalate (PET) concentrate is produced, using the ultrasound-assisted extrusion process, with a perylene concentration and/or Zinc oxide nanoparticles of up 1% by weight. Subsequently, this composite is diluted to concentrations between 0.1% and 0.001% by weight of perylene/Zinc oxide nanoparticles. Said dilutions are fed to a spinneret where the mono-component and bi-component filaments or yarns of the shell core type are manufactured. In this way, the filaments obtained exhibit a photoluminescence with ultraviolet (UV) light. Additionally, these filaments are used to produce embroidery and fabrics. The present invention is directed to the textile industrial sector, for the manufacture of yarns, fabrics, clothes for industrial safety, military or official uniforms and sportswea r, among others.

The plant includes different pretreatment systems, where the biomass is moistened for increasing the efficiency of the process, also including recirculation with a high bacteriological content for reducing process times. The invention presents a high adaptability to different types of residual biomass and different generation capacities, depending on the specific requirements. Finally, due to the configuration of the process, the plant provides savings of up to 70% with regard to the normal water consumption for carrying out the biodigestion process, also increasing in a 20% the biogas production in a time 50% shorter with improved yields by vol umetric unit in the biodigester.

The method comprises a step of providing a training dataset comprising a set of training examples (X=[X0 X1 X2 ··· Xn] ) and a corresponding output of the status of the AC network (y), a step of training a hypothesis function (hθ(x)) based on the training dataset and finally a step of estimating the status of the AC network using the hypothesis function (hθ(x)). Based on the estimated status of the AC network the controller parameters of the power converter are adjusted to achieve an optimum performance behavior in the power converter. The aqueous suspension of the nanoparticles is mixed with pellets of Nylon 6 and introduced in a mixing chamber where the three phasic nanocomposites with the dispersed and/or exfoliated nanoparticles are obtained by temperature and cut effects. Depending on the preparation conditions of the nanocomposites, it is possible to maintain the molecular weight of the polymer with a low degradation level. The addition of both nanoparticles to the Nylon 6 promotes an improvement in the Young module and in the dimensional stability of the nanocomposites prepared by the process of the present invention.
