Provided are a method and a device for etching a transparent insulating material with a magnetic powder induction laser plasma. The method uses magnetic powder as an absorbing layer to absorb laser energy, such that the energy is mainly intensively irradiated on a solution/material interface to break down the solution to generate plasma, forming an impact stress and a cavitation stress, acting on the surface of the transparent insulating material to remove the material. The present invention reduces the requirements on a laser power for the etching process of the transparent insulating material workpiece, increases the processing efficiency, and avoids the defect that cracks are easily formed when the transparent insulating material workpiece is processed by a high-energy laser.

Said smoking set further comprises a circuit assembly, the circuit assembly comprises a flexible circuit board (3) extending along the hollow cavity, the flexible circuit board (3) has: a positive electrode connector (31) and a negative electrode connector (32) for connecting the battery; a first circuit region (33), a second circuit region (34) and a connection region (35) for connecting the first circuit region (33) and the second circuit region (34); the first circuit region (33) and the second circuit region (34) are both deflected towards the center of the hollow cavity relative to the connection region (35); the connection region (35) has a length not shorter than that of the battery (2), and at least part of the connection region (35) is attached to an outer surface of the battery (2). The flexible circuit board (3) is used to connect various components, and two ends of the flexible circuit board (3) can be deflected towards a central region of the housing (1), so that the size of the smoking set can be reduced to a great extent, facilitating the development of the smoking set towards miniaturization. The flexible circuit is positioned in such away with the use of strategically placed supports that the deformation of the circuit is reduced.

The present invention relates to a railway video resource interconnection and convergence system and convergence method. The system comprises: a security device and a railway video sharing cloud platform; the security device is used for mapping the Internet protocol address of a first resource network of video resources to the Internet protocol address of a shared network when the first resource network is physically isolated from other resource networks; the railway video sharing cloud platform is used for acquiring code streams of the video resources, and converting the code streams of the video resources into code streams in a preset standard format. The present invention solves the problem of secure and effective integration of video resources of a professional video monitoring system and comprehensive video monitoring system in a railway. Since an original system networking mode is not changed, operations such as complex routing configuration and physical networking are not required for video resource convergence, and video resource storage can be completed only by configuring system-related information. In the present invention, a security protection measure is taken, thereby ensuring network perimeter security, and video resource convergence and sharing operations are greatly simplified and secured.

A flow rate sensing-based underwater dam leakage detection system, comprising a moving platform, a pressure sensing device (2), a traction device and a positioning device (5); the pressure sensing device (2) and the positioning device (5) are disposed on the moving platform, and the traction device controls the moving platform to move on a surface of a concrete panel of a dam; the pressure sensing device (2) senses changes in pressure caused by water flow, and transmits the location of a leakage point by means of the positioning device (5).
