The present application provides a very high frequency communication base station coverage effect test method, comprising: a server sends preset test parameter information to a mobile station and sends a first test starting instruction to the mobile station and at least one base station; and receive first audio data and first position information sent by the at least one base station and second audio data and second position information sent by the mobile station. The mobile station is used for sending or receiving the audio data at different distances for the temporarily built very high frequency communication base station, so that a coverage distance of the temporarily built very high frequency communication base station and a transmission effect of the audio data at different communication distances can be accurately determined. That is, the coverage distance and the call effect of the temporarily built very high frequency communication base station are tested, so that the communication coverage distance and the call effect after the very high frequency communication base station is built are accurately determined in the engineering consultation and design stage, and reference is provided for the layout of the very high frequency communication base station.
