Disclosed are a degradable capacitor and a manufacturing method therefor. The degradable capacitor comprises: a first electrode layer; a degradable dielectric layer arranged on the first electrode layer and making contact with the first electrode layer; and a second electrode layer arranged on the degradable dielectric layer and making contact with the degradable dielectric layer. The degradable capacitor of the present invention, since adopting a degradable material, can be self-degraded in a natural environment after losing efficacy, and does not need to be recycled, thereby reducing the cost. The present invention relates to the field of electronics. Disclosed are a degradable capacitor and a manufacturing method therefor. The degradable capacitor comprises: a first electrode layer; a degradable dielectric layer arranged on the first electrode layer and making contact with the first electrode layer; and a second electrode layer arranged on the degradable dielectric layer and making contact with the degradable dielectric layer. The degradable capacitor of the present invention, since adopting a degradable material, can be self-degraded in a natural environment after losing efficacy, and does not need to be recycled, thereby reducing the cost.
