The embodiments of the invention provide a data transmission scheduling method and device, resolving issues of data transmission congestion and packet loss in the prior art. The method comprises: determining a bandwidth value assigned by data scheduling and with respect to each of target converging cells in a target converging cell set, wherein a sum of bandwidth values assigned to all of the target converging cells is less than or equal to a total bandwidth value of the target converging cell set; and scheduling, in a current scheduling period, according to the determined bandwidth value assigned by the data scheduling and with respect to each of the target converging cells, with respect to each of the target converging cells. The embodiments of the invention provide a data transmission scheduling method and device, resolving issues of data transmission congestion and packet loss in the prior art. The method comprises: determining a bandwidth value assigned by data scheduling and with respect to each of target converging cells in a target converging cell set, wherein a sum of bandwidth values assigned to all of the target converging cells is less than or equal to a total bandwidth value of the target converging cell set; and scheduling, in a current scheduling period, according to the determined bandwidth value assigned by the data scheduling and with respect to each of the target converging cells, with respect to each of the target converging cells.
