The present invention relates to a method to calibrate a focus position in a multichannel ultrasonic transducer. According to the present invention, the method to calibrate a focus position in a multichannel ultrasonic transducer comprises: a step of respectively driving a plurality of ultrasonic transducer devices, which are placed in the shape of a circle, of the multichannel ultrasonic transducer and acquiring a three-dimensional Schlieren image of each ultrasonic transducer device; a step of comparing three-dimensional Schlieren images, which are acquired from different ultrasonic transducer devices on the same circular line, among the three-dimensional Schlieren images, which are acquired, and obtaining focus position information; a step of calculating the difference between the acquired focus position information and a preset standard focus position; and a step of, when forming an ultrasonic focus, calibrating an ultrasonic focus position by using the calculated difference of focus position value. According to the present invention, the method can respectively acquire three-dimensional Schlieren images for a plurality of ultrasonic transducer devices, calibrate a focus position by calculating the difference between the acquired focus position information and a standard focus position, and form a precise focus.
