The present invention relates to a drug conjugate using a repebody derivative, and a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, to a repebody derivative drug conjugate (RDC) in which a drug, a toxin, a ligand, and a substance having activity such as detection marking are conjugated to repebody, which exhibits substrate specificity by connecting a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) structure originated from a variable lymphocyte receptor (VLR) as a variable region on the N-terminus of an LRR family protein having an alpha helical capping motif, and a preparation method thereof. The RDC according to the present invention is a conjugate which is combined with a compound having high substrate specificity and excellent tissue and tumor penetration that repebody provides, and biological activity. As such, the RDC has the advantages of having superior efficacy compared to the case of using repebody alone, and having specific selectivity compared to the case of using the compound alone. Due to these features, the RDC is expected to be utilized in the treatment of tumors by combining, with repebody, which specifically binds to a protein overexpressed on cancer cells, a toxin that kills cells, to thereby selectively kill only the cancer cells.

The present invention relates to a NOMA system based FQAM connection method and an apparatus therefor. The present invention can increase the user transfer rate at a cell boundary. The scheduling method in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a step of receiving a signal-to-interference-noise ratio (SINR) value and an alpha value from a terminal; a step of determining, on the basis of the SINR value and the alpha value, a Gaussian SINR value; a step of pairing users on the basis of the Gaussian SINR value; and a step of re-computing MCS on the basis of a re-computed alpha value.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyalkylene carbonate resin and, more specifically, provides a method for preparing a polyalkylene carbonate resin, the method purifying a reaction mixture by removing by-products with a large quantity of water after polymerizing a polyalkylene carbonate, and making the catalyst content in the reaction mixture to be less than 1 wt% by carrying out a first purification method using a filter in a step, which proceeds after the purification of the reaction mixture, of removing a catalyst residue, thereby preventing the decomposition of polymers and improving the physical properties and quality of a final resin product.

This system includes: a heat supply unit for supplying heat generated in the external plant to a reaction tank using microorganisms in the water treatment device; and a cooling water supply unit for supplying treated water discharged from the water treatment device to the external plant as cooling water for heat dissipation of the external plant. Complementary heat exchange between the external plant and the sewage treatment plant is possible, thereby simultaneously solving various problems in terms of environmental and economic aspects.
