The method comprises the steps of: A. fitting a relationship between an open circuit voltage and a state of charge of a lithium ion battery; B. estimating the state of charge of the lithium ion battery using an observer method; and C. with regard to the state of charge of the lithium ion battery estimated in step B, if it is greater than a predetermined threshold value, estimating the state of charge of the lithium ion battery using the observer method, and if it is less than the predetermined threshold value, estimating the state of charge of the lithium ion battery using an ampere-hour integral method. By means of the method and apparatus for estimating a state of charge of a lithium ion battery in the present invention, defects of an ampere-hour integral method and an observer method can be avoided, and the estimation accuracy in a whole life cycle and a whole state of charge area is improved.

The method is easy to operate, and has a short operation time, thus being able to complete within 6 hours; in addition, the product has uniform grain sizes, is in a mono-dispersed state, and has a high crystallization degree to a submicron degree.

The method comprises: uniformly mixing and stirring an organic template agent, a silicon source and water; dripping an aqueous solution of an aluminum source into the mixture; preserving room temperature, and continuously stirring for a period of time; and performing hydrothermal crystallization, and washing, drying and roasting the obtained product to obtain the molecular sieve. The molecular sieve has high degree of crystallinity and uniform particle size. Moreover, the method requires short time, simple operation and only one step, no extra surfactant is needed, and secondary acid and alkali treatment is not needed.

In the method, a port extender (PE) is used to send an extended port create message to a controlling bridge (CB), wherein the extended port create message carries the port status of an extended port of the PE; and the extended port create message is used for notifying the CB of the creation of a virtual port of the extended port, and is used for the CB to feed the port status back to the virtual port. The present invention solves the problem that a controlling bridge (CB) cannot quickly find and monitor status information about an extended port of a port extender (PE), thereby making the CB capable of quickly finding and monitoring all the extended ports of and status information about the PE, and improving the processing efficiency.

The thermal energy recovery system comprises a boiler, a generator, and a falling-film type absorber. A reaction liquid is arranged inside the generator, and the generator is communicated with the boiler, so that water flowing out of the boiler flows into the generator to heat and concentrate the reaction liquid. The falling-film type absorber comprises an air inlet, a water inlet, a water outlet, a liquid inlet, and a first liquid outlet. The air inlet is communicated with the boiler, so that flue gas flowing out of the boiler flows into the falling-film type absorber; one end of the generator is communicated with the liquid inlet, so that the reaction liquid heated and concentrated by the generator flows into the falling-film type absorber and then the reaction liquid absorbs heat and moisture in the flue gas; the water inlet is suitable for introducing boiler feedwater; the water outlet is communicated with the boiler; and the first liquid outlet is connected to the other end of the generator. The thermal energy recovery system of the present application has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high thermal efficiency utilization rate, and the like.
