The present invention provides an engineered extracellular vesicle, a pharmaceutical composition containing the engineered extracellular vesicle and a use thereof, and further provides a method for constructing the engineered extracellular vesicle. The engineered extracellular vesicle can be used for drug delivery, enrichment of target proteins in extracellular vesicles, or display of target proteins. The present invention provides an engineered extracellular vesicle, a pharmaceutical composition containing the engineered extracellular vesicle and a use thereof, and further provides a method for constructing the engineered extracellular vesicle. The engineered extracellular vesicle can be used for drug delivery, enrichment of target proteins in extracellular vesicles, or display of target proteins.

After the abiraterone acetate soft capsule is orally taken in an empty stomach, the oral bioavailability is increased to 12.5 times compared with an original drug Zytiga, the variability among individuals is low, and the phenomenon that the exposure amount of the abiraterone is obviously increased due to administration of the original drug of Zytiga after meal is eliminated.

The present application can improve the accuracy of structural defect category recognition.

Embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for sending information, so as to resolve the problems of increase in the costs for information sending for a sender and waste of resources needed for information sending of the information sending method in the prior art. In the method, a server separately sends information to a user in a first sending mode and a second sending mode within a waiting time for sending information, and monitors within the waiting time whether the user has received and checked the information that is sent in the first sending mode and the second sending mode; if yes, the server does not utilize a mobile communication network to send information to the user; if not, the server utilizes a mobile communication network to send information to the user. By sending information in the method, a server is enabled to detect within a waiting time whether a user has checked the information that is sent by the server in a second sending mode, and not to utilize the mobile communication network to send information to the user after detecting that the user has checked the information. The present application is capable of effectively reducing costs for information sending and saving resources needed for information sending relative to the prior art.
