Provided in the present invention are a hypoallergenic, bitterness-reduced soybean oligopeptide, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The preparation method comprises: 1) heat denaturing a soybean protein solution; 2) when the pH value is adjusted to 6-9, adding a neutral protease and papaya proteinase for a first enzymolysis; 3) adding an alkaline protease and a flavourzyme for a second enzymolysis; and 4) producing the hypoallergenic, bitterness-reduced soybean oligopeptide by means of centrifugation and membrane filtration. Provided in the present invention are a hypoallergenic, bitterness-reduced soybean oligopeptide, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The preparation method comprises: 1) heat denaturing a soybean protein solution; 2) when the pH value is adjusted to 6-9, adding a neutral protease and papaya proteinase for a first enzymolysis; 3) adding an alkaline protease and a flavourzyme for a second enzymolysis; and 4) producing the hypoallergenic, bitterness-reduced soybean oligopeptide by means of centrifugation and membrane filtration.

Provided are a hypoallergenic, odor-reduced fish protein oligopeptide, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) fresh fish and/or fish waste are washed, crushed, and watered to produce a mixture; 2) the mixture undergoes heat denaturation; 3) a denatured protein solution is centrifugally washed, and a precipitate so produced is watered and milled to produce a slurry; 4) the pH of the slurry is adjusted to 6-9, a neutral protease, papaya proteinase, and an alkaline protease are sequentially added for enzymolysis, and an enzymolyzate is produced after enzyme inactivation; and, 5) the enzymolyzate is centrifuged and a supernatant is membrane-filtered to produce the hypoallergenic, odor-reduced fish protein oligopeptide. Provided are a hypoallergenic, odor-reduced fish protein oligopeptide, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. A digital measurement system for measuring a lightning electric field change signal, and a measurement method thereof. The system comprises at least a planar antenna (1), an electric field analog-to-digital conversion module (4), and a digital signal processing module (5). The input end of the electric field analog-to-digital conversion module (4) is connected to the planar antenna (1), and the output end of the electric field analog-to-digital conversion module (4) is connected to the digital signal processing module (5). The planar antenna (1) is used for detecting a field change signal generated by lightning and transmitting the field change signal to the electric field analog-to-digital conversion module (4). The electric field analog-to-digital conversion module (4) is used for processing and converting the electric field change signal, to obtain a digital lightning electric field change signal and transmit the digital lightning electric field change signal to the digital signal processing module (5). The digital signal processing module (5) is used for: triggering collection, processing of the digital lightning electric field change signal, to obtain a lightning electric field rapid change signal, a lightning electric field slow change signal, and a lightning electric field original signal, storing the signals, and combining the signals into data frames for external communication. The measurement system and the measurement method thereof can implement measurement of rapid and slow changes of a lightning electric field with low costs and high efficiency.

A method, device and system for multipoint video communications are disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises: determining whether there are image-capture objects in an image capture area during the current period; if there are no image-capture objects in the image capture area during the current period, not reporting image information in the image-capture area during the current period to a multipoint control unit. The method, device and system for multipoint video communications disclosed in the present invention enable the images corresponding to the image information reported to the multipoint control unit to comprise the image-capture objects at all time, therefore avoiding the problem of system resource waste for the reason that there are no image-capture objects in the images corresponding to the image information reported to the multipoint control unit, saving the system resources, decreasing the load of the multipoint control unit, and improving the overall performance of the multipoint video communication system.

The present invention provides a method of inputting ideographic characters into a handheld device, comprising steps of: predicting ideographic characters that correspond to symbols inputted by a user, for said user to select; predicting, based on a previous ideographic character that has been selected by said user, ideographic characters that most likely follow said previous ideographic character but cannot form a phrase with said previous ideographic character, for said user to select; and inputting ideographic characters that have been selected by said user into said handheld device. The present invention also provides an apparatus for inputting ideographic characters and a handheld device. According to the invention, more ideographic characters and punctuation marks are automatically predicted, which speeds up the process of inputting ideographic characters into handheld devices.
