Transparent composite fibers are used for packaging, such that with the same load parameters, the transparent composite fiberboard is significantly thinner than tempered glass. A transparent composite fiber material does not need to be manufactured at a high temperature, which is beneficial for manufacturing different surface textures. The transparent composite fiber material is difficult to crush, and can cooperate with other floor tiles to be applied to the high-loaded ground. When the solar floor tile bears a load, the flexible solar cell (3) can flex slightly, so as to reduce the problems of stability and cracks. The composite fiber grating base (1) designed in a grating form can effectively bear a photovoltaic cell.
