Provided are a lockset (100) and a pallet loading bin having the same. A lock hole is arranged at the pallet loading bin. The lockset comprises a lock bar (120) and a handle (110). A first end of the lock bar (120) is provided with a hook member (121) for fitting the lock hole to realize locking. A connection portion is provided at the lock bar. The lock bar is rotatably connected, by means of the connection portion, to a bin body of the pallet loading bin. Rotation of the lock bar around the connection portion in a plane parallel to an outer surface of the bin body causes the hook member to extend into or retract from the lock hole, thereby realizing locking or unlocking of the lockset. The handle (110) comprises a connection end (111). The handle is rotatably connected, by means of the connection end, to a second end of the lock bar opposite to the first end of the lock bar. Rotation of the handle around the connection end causes the handle to be positioned close to or away from the outer surface of the bin body. The lockset has a simple structure and low costs, can be processed and manufactured easily, can be operated flexibly with less effort, and adapts to the small thicknesses of an end wall and a side wall of a pallet loading bin.

The multiple blind waves (1) provided in parallel can increase the strength and reduce the assembly deformation. And the edge structure of the rigid container floor (10) can be automatically and continuously welded with a container underframe because the edge parts of the rigid container floor (10) are connected to the blind waves through the waved connecting plates.

A top side beam and a container having the same, the top side beam (100) comprising an upper wing plate (101), a lower wing plate (102), and a web plate (103). The lower wing plate (102) and the upper wing plate (101) are disposed roughly in parallel, and the web plate (103) is connected to the upper wing plate (101) and the lower wing plate (102) respectively; in the state of being mounted to a container, lateral sides of the upper wing plate (101) and the lower wing plate (102), which are located at an inner portion of the container along the length direction, are inner lateral sides, and the inner lateral side of the upper wing plate (101) extends inwardly along the width direction of the container beyond the inner lateral side of the lower wing plate (102) for a predetermined distance. When mounted to the container, the top side beam (100) does not occupy a loading space at the inner portion of the container, and thus transportation efficiency may be improved; in addition, the size of the top side beam (100) increases along the height direction, and substitutes a portion of a side plate (15) that is adjacent to the top side beam (100), hence, when suffering an impact, there is a greater probability that the top side beam (100) having greater strength will bear the impact, thereby having a good ground protection effect and preventing damage to the side plate of the container which is caused by impact.
