Biaxially oriented polypropylene film made using propylene polymer composition of this invention exhibits excellent physical property, has high modulus and stiffness in the case of not adding any stiffness strengthening agents, and film-forming stability during making oriented polypropylene film is very good, and orienting film-forming speed is high.
