PURPOSE:To decrease the fault of a talking channel switching by changing a start talking level for talking channel switching based on a success rate of the talking channel switching so as to trace the change in an electric field level due to weather. CONSTITUTION:A radio base station 1 gives an instruction to switch to a new channel to a mobile terminal equipment 3 and to take the statistics of success/ failure of switching. When a talking channel switching for a prescribed number of times or over within a prescribed time takes place and a prescribed value of fluctuation exists from the success rate reported previously, the radio base station 1 sends the data (b) of success rate to an exchange station 3. An exchange station 2 adjusts the start talking level for talking channel switching newly based on the data (b) of success rate and gives the instruction of a start talking level (c) to the radio base station 1 again.

The encapsulation (1) of the switching installation consists of a limited number of differently constructed components, namely a housing (2), cylindrical intermediate pieces (11, 12) and encapsulation parts (13, 18) having three or four connecting flanges (14, 15, 16; 19, 20, 21, 22). The flanges which are not required for the connection of other components are closed by a sealing cover (10, 17, 23). The cylindrical housing (2), which is used as a basic module, has a flange (3, 4) on its two end faces, each of which flanges surrounds an opening and is connected to a sealing cover (5, 6). Three further openings, which are each surrounded by a connecting flange (7, 8, 9), are provided on the outer surface of this housing (2). Two of these openings are arranged side by side on the same housing side, while the third opening is opposite one of these two other openings on the outside. The construction of the housing (2) and also of the other encapsulation parts (11, 12, 13, 18) allows encapsulation to be formed for switching installations of different design, using few different types of components. <IMAGE>

It comprises an upper branch (1) articulated to a lower branch (2), the branches being slightly bent and capable of folding over on one another. On the upper branch is articulated a device for fastening by pressure of one of the ends of the bracelet (4), comprising an upper plate (31) on which is articulated a lower plate (32). By folding over the lower plate (32) against the upper plate (31), the end of the bracelet (4) is fastened by means of pressure. The free end of the upper branch (1) is equipped with a hook for locking the clasp in the closed position. The lower branch (1) is equipped with an opening (26) for the passage of the end of the bracelet which is fastened by blocking against the bottom (22) of the branch (2) through the action of a pivoting piece (27) equipped with an eccentric part and acting against a pivoting small plate (28) preventing sliding of the end of the bracelet. <IMAGE>
