The hand set of the invention enables a float set type sender to be set onto a hand set case by using a holder which is designed to set a pressure contact set type sender assembly. The holder includes not only pressure contact means for firmly setting the pressure contact set type sender assembly onto a talk sending surface of the hand set case but also pressure contact means for setting the float set type sender assembly on the talk sending surface of the hand set case in the floated state. Different kinds of senders can be fitted to the hand set case merely by means of a single holder. Thus, the hand set of the invention can be put in common use for different kinds of senders.
